Kirsten Evans is a British composer and singer who combines her knowledge of electronic and contemporary classical music to build a varied composition and vocal portfolio. Recent projects include; creation of a six channel audio installation in the Venice Biennale in collaboration with artist James Richards (Turner Prize Nominee), a score for creators of Emmy Nominated Lou Bao Bei, ‘ClothCat Animation’ and electronica performance, at Tramshed Tech, with orchestra Sinfonia Cymru. Kirsten recently won the ‘Best Composer’ award for her score to the short film ‘See Me Live’ at the ‘It’s My Shout’ festival, supported by the BBC, S4C and GoCompare.com. Kirsten is currently completing her studies at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.
